it has been ages since i last blogged.haha. guess i got lazy..it takes such determination to make it a point to note everyday..guess it's just a place to pen my thoughts as and when i want it..haven't seen many of my friends for quite a while..everyone's working and getting on with their lives..i'm doing the same too..doing relief teaching and earning my own keeps..haha..finally..my mum can stop giving me my monthly allowances..well..at least for the next few months..=) i feel a certain sense of acheivement.and well..i guess it's through work that u realise the importance and the work that goes into earning it. i have been doing relief teaching for 3 weeks now..i have a new found respect for teachers. the huge pile of books to be marked..i tried marking maths homework for a sec 4 class..boy..imagine marking something 30 times..and u have to look carefully at each step of working to check for mistakes..guess this applies to every single subject..painstakingly going through every single piece of work. life of a teacher.and outside of class..each teacher is attached to a CCA group..and loads of other activities and programmes to plan. come to think of it..the teachers are just as stressed and busy as us..if not more so..i'm just a relief and sometimes.it really takes a lot to control the different classes..imagine the permanent teachers who have to teach the students every single day..i take my hats off them..okay..enough of me getting into the nitty gritty of my teaching tots..all in all..teaching is a profession not for the faint hearted..in fact..it's for those with pure dedication! kudos to all in the teaching profession..
